Ingredients

  • 900 gr. potato
  • 900 gr. of sugar
  • 180 gr. chopped almond
  • 8 eggs
  • A pumpkin bar
  • Lemon

Preparation

  • Boil the potato and mash it with the sugar
  • Add the lemon and let it cool (it can be the whole night before)
  • Raise the whites of the 8 eggs
  • Add the pumpkin bar
  • Mix all the ingredients and bake for 40 minutes
  • This cake does not puff
