Ingredients
- Rice (two handfuls per person)
- Lentils (200 gr.)
- 1 turnip
- Rabbit or chicken cut up
Preparation
- Sauté the meat in a frying pan with oil
- In a pot we put water to boil the lentils, the stalks and the turnip
- When it starts to boil, add the previously fried meat. Cover the pot with whistle and leave for ¼ hour.
- Uncover the pot to add the rice and let it cook
- Add salt and food coloring (optional)
