Ingredients

  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • A piece of stale bread
  • 2 garlic
  • Chopped parsley
  • Pepper
  • Pinions
  • Lemon zest
  • A tablespoon of pork butter
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Olive oil
  • Flour
  • Cabbage leaves

Preparation

  • Boil the potato
  • Dip and drain the piece of stale bread
  • Make a dough with the potato, the bread, the garlic, the chopped parsley, the pepper, the pine nuts, the lemon zest, the cinnamon and the lard butter
  • Heat the oil (like half a glass of wine) in a frying pan
  • In a bowl, put a lot of flour and make a hole in the center to include a pinch of pepper
  • Add the hot oil to the bowl and stir so that the flour is sautéed
