Ingredients

  • For every glass of water, a glass of flour
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Mushrooms or sausages to taste

Preparation

  • Bring the water to a boil with a pinch of salt
  • When the water comes to a boil, add the oil and flour
  • Move without leaving the fire, at medium power, to get the dough
  • Knead to make thin round cakes
  • Sprinkle flour on top of the cakes and put the ingredients that we like the most in the center (mushrooms, bacon, anchovies …)
