Ingredients
- For every glass of water, a glass of flour
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Mushrooms or sausages to taste
Preparation
- Bring the water to a boil with a pinch of salt
- When the water comes to a boil, add the oil and flour
- Move without leaving the fire, at medium power, to get the dough
- Knead to make thin round cakes
- Sprinkle flour on top of the cakes and put the ingredients that we like the most in the center (mushrooms, bacon, anchovies …)
