  • 2 handfuls of wheat per person
  • Chickpeas (optional)
  • A turnip
  • A carrot
  • Pork ribs and pie
  • A sausage
  • Ham
  • A potato
  • Two spinach leaves

Preparation

  • The wheat must be soaked the night before
  • Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker and cover them with water
