Ingredients

  • Rice (two handfuls per person)
  • Lentils (200 gr.)
  • 1 turnip
  • Rabbit or chicken cut up

Preparation

  • Sauté the meat in a frying pan with oil
  • In a pot we put water to boil the lentils, the stalks and the turnip
  • When it starts to boil, add the previously fried meat. Cover the pot with whistle and leave for ¼ hour.
  • Uncover the pot to add the rice and let it cook
  • Add salt and food coloring (optional)
