Ingredients
- 900 gr. potato
- 900 gr. of sugar
- 180 gr. chopped almond
- 8 eggs
- A pumpkin bar
- Lemon
Preparation
- Boil the potato and mash it with the sugar
- Add the lemon and let it cool (it can be the whole night before)
- Raise the whites of the 8 eggs
- Add the pumpkin bar
- Mix all the ingredients and bake for 40 minutes
- This cake does not puff
